By accessing and using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of the Apple Store.
Comida is a food analysis app that uses AI to analyze photos of your meals and provide nutritional information, including health scores, calorie estimates, nutritional breakdowns, and dietary recommendations. The app also offers optional integration with Apple Health to save nutrition data.
Comida offers a free trial with a limited number of analyses. After the free trial, an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store grants you unlimited access to all features. The subscription is managed and billed by Apple, in accordance with their own terms and policies.
You are granted access to Comida's services and are expected to use these services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the AI analysis service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Comida uses AI technology to analyze food photos. Nutritional estimates provided by the app are approximate and should not be considered medical or dietary advice. The AI analysis is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for dietary guidance.
Comida offers optional integration with Apple Health to save nutrition data from your meal analyses. By enabling this feature, you consent to Comida writing nutritional data to Apple Health on your behalf. You can disable this feature at any time in the app settings. Comida does not read any data from Apple Health.
Comida requires access to your device's camera to capture food photos for analysis. By granting camera access, you acknowledge that photos will be sent to our cloud servers for AI processing. You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings.
Subscriptions for Comida are processed by Apple. Any billing inquiries or disputes should be directed to Apple's support team. Comida does not have access to or manage your subscription billing details.
You can cancel your Comida subscription at any time through your Apple Store account settings. As Comida's subscription is managed by Apple, any requests for refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
The nutritional information provided by Comida is generated by AI and is intended for informational purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Comida makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the nutritional analysis.
Comida reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
