Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Avanti collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our application. We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and ensuring a transparent approach to data usage.

Information Collection and Use

Registration

• We use Sign in with Apple for registration to our service. The only information we require is an email address, which you can choose to hide using Apple’s privacy features.

User-Generated Data

• The images you generate, likes you give to other users' publications, favorites among AI models, and items you add to your collection are stored while your account is active.
• Your username, avatar, bio description, location, and any other information you share on your social profile are collected solely for the purpose of enhancing your experience on Avanti.

Finetunes

• All images uploaded for the Fine-Tune process are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload. This ensures that your data is not stored longer than necessary for the Fine-Tuning process.
• The images are used solely for the purpose of Fine-Tuning the AI model and are not used for any other purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain your information for as long as your account remains active.
• Should you choose to delete your account, all data associated with it will be removed from our systems.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not share your personal data with third parties for their tracking or marketing purposes.
• Information may be shared with our backend service provider, Firebase, to facilitate the provision of our services. You can review Firebase's privacy policy here.

Your Privacy Rights

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information maintained by Avanti.
• You may exercise these rights at any time by using the in-app options or by contacting our support team.

Data Security

• We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Children's Privacy

• Avanti does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 17 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the service.
